Processing Time

Please allow 7-10 business days to process your handcrafted item. 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping: We offer flat-rate shipping based on your location. Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.

Domestic Orders within the US:

  • Estimated delivery time: 5-7 business days after shipping.

Shipping Methods

We partner with reliable carriers to ensure your handmade items arrive safely, such as USPS. 

Tracking numbers will be provided once your order ships, so you can track your order every step of the way.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, we begin crafting your items, and cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

If you need to modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once your order is in production, we cannot accommodate changes.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact the carrier immediately to file a claim.

We take great care in packaging your order, but accidents can happen during shipping. Please let us know if your item is damaged upon arrival, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Return Policy
